It would be helpful if COMMENT/DOC could be 'Unmarkable', AND a unique font color so that it would 'stand out' in the edit window.

It would be nice to be able to lock programs for editing. I know we have operator mode but that is such a mess. It could be like excel "protecting a sheet".

A version that everything works and stable at the same time.

It is nice that they keep adding some user tools, but they don't speed things up AT ALL, if you aren't stable and things don't work properly....

Ok, for 4.1 :

The graphical analysis arrows & points, should remain on the surface of the CAD data (Clipped), with the tails moving in the vector of the deviation, color coded. This would give at a glance the visual interpetation of the CMM data, and make hyper-reporting the premier communication platform for Pc-Dmis.

What do you say Don? Do I get a Ball Cap?

Set the program file attributes to 'read only'. They can still edit and run it and get bad data, but the program is protected from permenant damage.

Increase the box size in all the auto features properties boxes (diameter,start angle,end angle...) so you can see the whole number not just a part of it. This may apply to other areas that have small boxes also.

also make all "pull down" arrows without sliders in them......cant they show all the items in them without the d#$% sliders that hide the other features if you don't move them

all that unnecessary clicking and mousing around looks impressive to others but really sucks when you're in a hurry

instead of only the last 4 programs to pick from,
how about at least 8-10?
Or at least an option to set the #
