Custom report in 4.1

I am trying to customize a report and would like to try to use the elogo that was used in previous versions. I am having a difficult time figuring out how to do this.

Basically at this time I have most of the report set up with the exception of the # out of Tol. and Elapsed time. Has anyone had time to play with the reporting in the new version?

Having some issues with the reports I want to be able to have all my measurements on one report can any one help.
