Ver 4.1 Which one to download?

Greetings,
There are three choices to download.
All modules, all languages.
PCDMIS module only, all languages.
PCDMIS only language specific.
What are the differences. I currently have 3.7mr3 CAD ++
I cannot remember which one I downloaded last time.

Well, I don't know what the difference is between the first and third choice other than multiple languages.

I would say since you seem to be fluent in english that you probably don't want the second one.

I always the English version only because all my operators use English as their first language. If you have other language operators, you may want to load more languages.
