I renamed them all with an _1 ( they are listed in the same directory as where you saved the 4.1 download ) and have not encountered them since. Cmm seems to be running OK. Loaded same download on off-line with no experiences(?) Go figure

4.1 has a new feature which requires new registry values to be created from what I understand in the documentation every time it starts up. I also had this issue a couple of weeks ago, and found that once I reset the windows user permissions for that particular user id, the problem went away. I believe these dynamic link libraries which require the registration influence some of the reporting features in 4.1.

Other than some of the reporting capabilities being affected, I did not find any other issues. I too renamed these files in the beginning, but, then after several days, I found that there started to be an issue with PC-DMIS freezing up and not starting. I switched the .dll file names back to what they were, and then of course the errors started again. I have administrator rights on my puters and I noticed that if I used my logon, there were no errors so I modified the generic user permissions and I haven't seen an issue since. Just my .02
