I have had this happen twice this week. Unfortunately they called me in today because of this.
When you reboot PC-DMIS and open the program that you want to run. There is nothing there. Everything is gone. Every program that you open shows the same thing. The alignment is on RESET, it will not allow you to choose the probe you want . The working plane is blank. The only way I can get everything to come back is to close the part program, start a new program, and choose a probe, and then close this program and reopen the program that I want. After that everything is fine.
Anyone else seen this? Are there any fixes?
