mm4 Help with Initialize

Could somebody please explain how to Home an ancient Microval CMM with no DCC.
Screen says to "Move Ram to Home position
Then press PRINT button"

What or where is PRINT button?
No green GO icon comes up
Only Red NOGO
I hit the red and a screen comes up that says:
"Turn Power ON To The Servo
Check Controller Setup in Port Configuration
*****************************************
Press Any Button to Continue"
I hit the Green Icon and the Screen Power switch goes off-I have to shut down and start over.
Whats the phone and web site # of Browne and Sharpe Tech Support?

I'd say it's looking for the "print" button on the handheld jog box, but if you don't have DCC and you can't find it on the screen, I'm afraid I can't help you there.

Thanks jm, Thats what I thought too-but there is no jog box.
We have no service contract on this software, tech support wants $250 to solve this one issue. I'll keep trying-I had it once but don't remember how I did it

Hey, try just triggering the probe when it asks you to hit the print button. On some of the OLD machines, the print button was the same circuit as the probe trigger.

Let me start by saying I do not know much about MM4.
Is there a way (via sysgen/syspgen) to say the machine is a manual machine? I think in AVAIL if the max accel or max velocity was 0 the software thought it was non-dcc.
