    Would any of you by chance have a copy of the accuracy program that gets run when B & S comes to calibrate the machine? It is a program that checks the artifact and many angles numerous times and shows the accuracy after each run.
    They run it before the do the calibration.

    I unfortunaley don't get to write programs anymore as my tasks have changed but would like to see it and have the operators here use that program.

    3.7MR2 or MR3 forgot...

    Are you referring to the ball bar program. I believe I have that one somewhere...

      No Rangerboat, I don't think it is actually the ball bar program. He used just a single piece artifact like our Ceramic ball that was 25.4mm 0,0,1 tool.

        If it is a single ball test, then it is only repeatability.
