I'm using 3.5 mr3. I'm have a 5way extension with a 3mmx40 in station 1 and a 2x20mm in station 3. Station 3 has to be ran at A90B0 in the program so it is straight down when ran, 0,0,1. Stations 2,4 & 5 are empty. The 2 tips will not qualify together. I can qual seperately but then they do not work in the program. I qual tip one, and say no when asked if sphere has been moved for tip2. This works just fine on 1 cmm but not on the second, which we need to use. All of the settings are the same between them. I've reloaded pc-dmis on both with the same results.

    PLEASE HELP!!

Station 3 as you call it is in the back of your spur. How many different angles are you qualifying. You should be able to qualify all your tips at once. Let me know your angles for each tip.
