Which Lbl File Do I Change For The Font Color Of The Comments That I Add To The Reports In 4.1.

It all depends which label it is. You have the legacy labels and the new V4.1 labels. Hover the mouse over the label and right click. In the pop-up, it will tell you what label is being used. Then edit that label to your liking. You may have to change several to make your report consistent.
