  • 4.1 Performance

Is it safe to say that we could possibly download 4.1 and give it a serious run??

I (unfortunately) installed 4.0 to play with, and I am itchin' to get with the latest and greatest.

    Thanks in advance.

there are only minor changes from 4.0 to 4.1. small but important things that may cause you problems one day.

      Winston,
What do you mean by that?
I would take 4.1 over 4.0 any day.
John, I have found few problems with 4.1. A few glitches here and there but nothing major.

i mean they only made a few minor adjusments from 4.0 to 4.1 but they are important and by all means go ahead and switch to 4.1 to avoid any possible problem they left out in 4.0 because of lack of beta testing. i am the master of run-on sentances.

Sorry I have dicklaxia today it read to me that there were small but important problems with 4.1

I jiggled the handle on my forehead/toilet and the water stopped running.

heh, ya i guess i should have just said "important things", small but important is kind of an oximoron.

I just went to 4.1. Major improvement. Gets rid of many annoyences.

Still, my biggest issue is the consistent PCDLRN problem. It is persistent, always there and when it happens during a save, you loose ALL your work!

Both 4.0 and 4.1 are just too easy to hang up. Unacceptably easy.

Are the rest of the 4.0 - 4.1 users having a consistent PCDLRN problem. Is it worst than 3.7 MR2-3?
