Datapage question "MONITOR"

I was curious if anyone can offer a little info on the "monitor" feature in Datapage? What it does exactly, how you utilize it's capabilities, do you use it? etc.

I was never able to get it to work like it says it should work. BUT, I only played with it a little bit. I am not in production so it really does not mean anything to me.

It montiors the specified database/parts/variables for ooc/oot/ conditions. In order for this to work with PCDMIS, when the STATS command is added, check the box saying "Do Control Calculations". It checks the db periodically and displays the part/variables in various colors.

I've been using Datapage for at least 6 years and was not aware of that. Well cool, now I can say I learned something new today. With PC-DMIS though that is a pretty ordinary day...

You can also Right Click on the variable(s) inside of Monitor and command a Process Chart from Datapage.
