3.7 mr3 Upgrade

Good morning,

We have a BS 7-10-7, were using 3.5 mr2 with Windows 2000 OP. Yesterday we were upgrading to 3.7 mr3. Got the codes to update the port lock and installed the new sofward. When we rebooted we get a message; [B]"Lock is programmed for Sharpe interface .dll is Leitz". Is there anything we can do, or do we have to go thru Tech Support? Of course, we are down and the machine is needed.

Reload 3.5mr2 is going to be the fastest way to get up ad running. Then work on getting answers for the error when you upgrade.

I just got done doing an upgrade myself. If you do a search on this board, you will most likely find the answers to your questions. I followed all the advice from the threads when I did a search for them and it seemed to work fairly well. I had a little trouble but got it fixed.
Just hang in there and all will work out.
