  • 4.1 Calibration problem

Our IT folks installed 4.1 and had the same volcomp issue I found in one of the threads I searched.

My problem is: I cannot get the PH10M-TP20 to calibrate now that we are at 4.1. I take a hit normal to the sphere and the second DCC hit dives right into the sphere.

Thank you in advance and if anyone can turn me on to a past thread with a remedy I would appreciate.

Check your Tool build. If you have a artifact that stands upright then your vector stuff should be 0,0,1. If it is sitting at an angle check the vectors +/- sign for correctness.

Sounds like the vector for your calibration tool may be 180 out. If it is driving into the sphere on the first move, I would look at the Z vector on your tool.

I check it and it is all correct. It is exactly the way it always has been.
