  • TP reporting in 4.1

Has anybody done TP with the new reporting in 4.1? It seems to me that it gives the wrong bonus. It looks as if it gives the LMC bonus when you ask for MMC. Has anybody else thoroughly investigated this?

    Thanks, Jan.

I'm sorry I have not looked at that. I have been programming in AVAIL a lot (alot is not a word). But as soon as time warrants, I will, because that's not a good thing.

This is one ID in the HEXAGON block, appears correct to me...

I am using the new tolerancing scheme and I may be wrong, but I have a feeling that it reports the wrong bonus.

I have a cylinder that is at 0.18720 diameter nominal, +/- 0.00010. I measure the hole at 0.18713, which I think gives me a bonus on MMC of 0.000030. PC-DMIS reports a bonus of 0.00017, which I believe to be the LMC bonus.

Still studying this one though.... This is hard stuff. I may be wrong.

Is it a created cylinder? If so look at the construction method. It may have been created as a OD instead of an ID?
