It will be located in the folder in which PC-DMIS has been installed. The default for older versions 3.7mr3 and below is C:\PCDMISW. For 4.0 and above the default spot is C:\Program Files\WAI\PC-DMIS 4.1

The IGES files for the block should be in the directory PC-DMIS is installed in, which is probably C:\PCDMISW if you followed the default installation.sigpic
