Lost screen

Help!!!

I am on a hot job and just lost my edit screen. I don't know exactly what happened but PCDMIS locked up and the only thing that shows up when I reboot is the graphics screen. I reset my toolbars but I can not get the edit window to show a full command screen.

Under "View", is the edit window checked??
