    It looks like PC-DMIS thinks that you have a dual horizontal arm machine. Must be some setting that got changed.

          No, it seems to me that I recall it still showing up once in a while. I don't what causes it. I don't think I ever called it in either. It didn't affect anything, and didn't take too long to get rid of(close/reopen).

              I have that once in while also. I have called it in and they were going to look into it. I forget how long ago that was. It doesn't seem to hurt anything, but it will not go away until I shut PC-DMIS down and fire it back up again. I have been running 3.7mr3 since it came out.

                Most times I see this error is with intense CPU usage. Often an indicator I have not done my PC maintenance. Defrag, delete MSIE temp files,.. etc.

                Then SHUT DOWN, never reboot, .... then turn back on.

                (reboot doesn't empty memory, some garbage stays there)
