  • Tolerance Zone error.

    Hi Everyone,

I'm having a problem running a part program.
    Using Dmis 4.0.

I made a part program, part checks out nice..
When I run my second part, I get to a certain point in the program and it won't take points.
I get an error "point taken outside Tolerance zone. Distance = 10

(I'm thinking there is a setting for the distance equals?)

The part has an alignment and it is basically in the same spot as the first piece used to create the program.

    I had this problem before.

    This is a manual B&S gage 2000.

    Thanks for the help.

    Sincerely
    Len

I dont have 4.0. But is it stopping at a Dimension in the program? If so delete it out. It may be looking for something that is not there. I have seen this before.
    sigpicSummer Time. Gotta Love it!
