A small query, which maybe you fountains of knowledge maybe able to come up with an idea on. When i have finished my inspection of the parts i have an error only option for the report (Edit-Preferences-Edit window layout - Report). But know for the challenge, I'm trying to look at process capability and therefore need all dimensions in there raw state, however operators only want to see stuff that is out of tolerance as the reports can be anything up to 250 pages long on my large components (tropical rainforests being cut down even as we speak). Any ideas on how i can save the reports in different formats at the same time ?

do you have datapage.if you do use that. -
If you don't have Datapage you can output to a text file. Delimit it in a maner that makes importing to Excel easy and do your math there.
