    Hi I have a part to check with some slots that are on the concave surface and when i'm selecting slot with initial hits it's not projecting on to the actual surf.If some one can tell me how to do this I will appreciate.

    Best as edge points with a sample hit. Construct a square slot when done if you need to.

      How is it toleranced? You could use vector points(I assume you have a model from the looks of it) and tolerance the "T" value.
