Comment box location Docking/undocking

This is becoming a major pain in the ascii. On one of my machines the comment boxes are completely visable. On the other they are docked at the extreme right side of the monitor and almost totally hidden. I searched the forums here for info on how to undock the comments, but I didn't find anything. So does anyone know how to UNDOCK the comment boxes? It has to be possible or both of these machines would be doing the same thing. BTW Help was of no help whatsoever.

If you move it to where you want it and save window layout will that do it...just an idea

Your comment boxes are dockable! Where the heck have I been? I'b be a little upset if mine docked period. I like them better when they behave as message boxes, I wouldn't want them to dock at all.

That is exactly the way I want them craiger, the way they've always been before. You move them, they stay moved until you move them again. I don't want to have to save a layout or do anything else. Oh yeah I'm running 3.7 Mr3.

I do appreciate the idea T MILLER, but that isn't what I'm looking for. If all else fails I'll try reinstalling and see if that corrects this "enhancement".
