Does anyone use the SPC feature in PCDMIS? The manual says that it only works with PCDMIS's own Statistical program....so how do I use that?

If someone can elaborate on this feature I'd appreciate it! Thanks.

Datapage has it's own option in PCDMIS. I think this is something else. I'm wondering how to use it and if I could export the data to like excel or something.

the last time I asked (Brown & Sharpe) it was being developed. I do not know if it is in 4.0 yet I was told it was supposed to be. It is pc-dmis's own spc not datapage.

I know that Datapage is the preferred software to use. But we want to use our own SPC software and not pay extra for Datapage. I am having some problmes creating a compatabile database that PC-DMIS can dump the measured data into. Any one know how to do this? I am using SPC Light software. Currently I am writing the data to a .csv text file and manually importing the data to SPC. I want it to be done automatically, in real time.

I believe that you can change the format that PC-DMIS exports statistics to. Attached is a snapshot of the area I think that you can play with

QCCalc works out of the box with PCDMIS as long as you have the SPC option of PCDMIS. Just turn it on at the beginning of the program. As soon as the part is finished, you have charts... literally.
