Code help..?

Need some help. I've seen it before but I cannot locate it through the "Search" function. I'm trying to find the code for entering in data into a comment.

Like "The diameter of this hole is: whatever" I've seen it, but I can't find it anywhere.

COMMENT/INPUT maybe?

C1         =COMMENT/INPUT,NO,Please Edit Comment Text!

then you can use C1 as a variable.

No that wasn't it. I use that everyday. It was in regular comment.

No that wasn't it, either. I thought Masters had posted it, but I can't find it doing a search. It was slick, I remember it, but I can't get the syntax correct to get it to work.

It may have been on the other forum, I can;t find it there either.
