Report's Print Icon not printing

I got a call today because an operators print icon on their report was prompting to save to file (as a .pdf) rather than print.

I checked the printing options..
I recreated the marked set he was running to ensure it was set to print to file..
I even deleted out the report template and recreated.. just to be sure.

No luck. Any other thoughts?

Look at what printer you are sending it to. Is it a PDF printer? Go to File, and then printing preferences, or something similar.

Yup.. tried that too.

I ended up copying the entire edit window and pasting it to a new program and everything worked fine. Must've just been a corrupted .prg file
