  • Using two PCDMIS versions on Same Computer

I know it's been posted lots before. But...I am having issues with the probe changer ability when I have two PCDMIS versions installed on the same computer.

All the paths have been changed on the new version to different directories. Everything works well, but the probe changer. Any ideas?

B&S may be your best bet. I have 3.2063, 3.5 MR2, & 3.7 MR3 with both a tp20 & a tp200 rack and I have no problem with the changers in any of those versions.

Yes they are on the same drive. Sharing the same settings I believe.

Put them on two different drives.

If you try the 2 different keyboards you will have to use two different mice too.

                Buy another computer.
When in doubt, post code. A second set of eyes might see something you missed.

Try copying the toolc.dat file from your previous installation into the directory of the new installation. That's what I do whenever I load a new version and my ACR1 changer always works fine. It even worked after loading v4.1.
