Probe set up in Offline

How do I set up my probes in my offline module to show that they are calibrated? Or does that even matter in offline programming?

I've added all the angles from to match all of the available probes on our CMMs.

It does not matter in offline programming. You can make them show up as calibrated simply by 'measuring' them while in offline mode, telling it the tool has not move.

Where do I enter the cal sphere size as it has none listed?

If it does not have a tool in the drop-down, just make one up. It will show up when you click on MEASURE, the next window pops up, and at the bottom you can select a tool or make one. If is is just virtual, then what ever you make up will not matter, all the tips will calibrate 'perfect'.
