is that for changing you cad origins around? when do you use this? i normally just leave it in car.

Yeah, you can move your CAD origin easily before doing your alignment(s). I played with Transform CAD this morning, very nice!!!

Easy to use also.

Transform Cad

When I tried this transform cad off-line and on-line, when I clicked onto the cad model, it acted like it wasn't there. Similar to when you have a UG translator port-lock on one machine and not another. The probe just pops into no where land on the one that doesn't have the translator that is using a program created using the translator (.prt file) I stopped using it for now. Some of you are saying it works nicely though. I actually had a B&S trainer here when this was happening to me. He didn't understand it either. We figured it was another Wilcox glitch. Was there something we may have been doing wrong? Does this need a UG translator to use this option?

gota love the "don't ask me again" check boxes - especially for naming features. (not sure if this was in 3.7 - i jumped from 3.5 to 4.0)

Hi everyone, are you all beta testing with 4.1? We've been holding off on 4.0 until 4.1 comes out (we were told it would be out two months ago), just curious. I've been watching the download site and haven't seen it but since I've inquired to Hexagon about it I've gotten 3 4.0 disks... yikes. Oh well more drink coasters for at home =)
