  • Dragging feature points in 3.7mr1

Having problems dragging points around in slots and circles. The vectors jump all over. Sometimes it works but most of the time it won't let me without the point vectors taking off to God only knows where when I release the mouse. Very frustrating.....

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

My first advice is to upgrade to MR3 if you can. After that, make sure you are in the correct workplane. I tend to think it may be an MR1 issue though, because I had a lot of trouble with that when I first switched to 3.7, but since I got MR3 it has worked much better. But I can not say for sure that the initial trouble I had wasn't operator error.

(note to DaddyBluto: I would have made that last sentence a tripple negative, but I need more coffee first. )

I have 3.7 MR2 and have the same issue...sometimes it won't even allow me to movem the points at all....

I have 3.7MR1 & 3.7MR2. Both have the same problem. If you hold the drag too long it randomly changes the vector etc. Very annoying. I have not tried MR3.
I used to be high on life but I built up a tolerance.

Thickness, vector, depth all have effects on the CAD.

The red line rolls the entire set, orange spreads.<<< You probably know this.

But, I have expensively found that those lines and points ARE most likely correct. Now I check parameters....
