Pdf:z-hardware limit check fault

My computer was moved from a xcel 7-10-7 to a 9/15/9. I get the
PDF:Z-HARDWARE LIMIT CHECK FAULT when my probe rotation is passed B90
and I have to take a point close to the table. The bottom of the PH10
is approximately 3 inches from the table. Is it becuse the limits
for the bigger machine need to be adjusted, and if so what are the steps to make the adjustment.

...keep it simple...just raise your part/fixture up a few mm's

lol...that is what i have been doing, but when asked why I have paralle bars under my fixture I hate to admit my lack of knowledge to fix the problem

Where are the compensation tables stored? Is this move from a World Class controller to a Sharpe 32?

How could you have possibly guessed that I moved the computer from a world class controller to sharpe32, but yes I did.
I don't know where the compensation tables are stored and not sure where to look.

To determine if the comp tables are even an issue, call Hexagon service and talk to Roger or Frank. I'm sure one of them could give you the correct answer. I think they're on the computer on WC and in the controller on Sharpe32. (just my guess.)
