  • Acceleration!!

What is the MAX on the acceleration? I can't find anywhere where it states this. I want to speed up some programs. I got the movespeed to 100 already.
I used to be high on life but I built up a tolerance.

      for X, Y, & Z??

      Mine came default as X-290, Y-490.5, Z-490.5

Any reason why X would be set to a smaller value?

Our Pfx MicroXcel 7-10-5 also has these same XYZ settings. I run all programs at 100% and find it is awfully slow compared to the newer machines.

                Acceleration

My larger machine works best at x - 200 y - 200 z - 150. I have a tp20 med force with 40x2 tip. It likes to take hits while moving if I make it any higher. Browne and Sharpe said that they couldn't do anymore. When they adjust the belts it helps for a while. One service guy will check them and one won't.

Our smaller CMMs default was 580 for all axis. It will run that fast but it will crash that fast if you make a mistake.

We run at 80% move speed and 2% touch.
