You could change the file name when you reach 9999. I'm sure there are lots of gurus that could do this using VB or maybe use the systime cmd to create file name, that way the counter would always be 001. hope this has helped.Xcel 12-20-10

i'm using 00 or 000 at the end of file name. ie saliha00. up to now it works...
