Its not often that I get much time to try new methods of programming and if it wasn’t for the people on this site sharing methods they have learned the time I do get would be spent just trying to improve the methods I already know.

So I would like to suggest that we get the administrator of this site to add a CODE area to the forum similar to the OFF TOPIC area so users can share examples of code using more advanced programming techniques.

Myself personally can learn a bunch from just sample code with a description of what is being done than trying to figure it out using the unhelp files.

Just a thought.

In addition to or separately I would like to see an area for us to share doc's specific to the software or of valuable to quality related issues.

Absolutely possitively. I'd love to see that. I think we need some VB gurus here too. I'd love to improve my coding. That is a great idea. Besides a lot of the same questions come up repeatably.

we may need to have the file size maximum increased somewhat to allow files to be shared.

Could this be increased?

Give us a CODE forum with the ability to post more than 10,000 characters or the ability to load the actual program and CAD file as attachments.

I did PM Admin with this thread I think it is a great idea. It would be nice to hear some feedback on the plausibility.

I agree with posting code though. Preferably VB Code.
