3.7 mr2.....keeps kicking me out!!!!

Over the last week or so (since we began using this software) we have gotten kicked out (pcdlrn error report) several times.
We are keeping a log of exactly what we were doing, and what was running when it happened, but there is no trends or similar situations that I can see.
I have heard that mr3 is out there, but we have not received it, has it been officially released by B&S yet? And if so, (a) why haven't we received it? (b) does anyone know if it will solve this problem?

MR3 is 'supposed' to be more stable than MR2.

They will only send you the 'major' releases (if you are lucky). For any of the MR's, you have to either call and beg them to give you what you already paid for or you have to download it yourself from the Wilcox site.

3.7 MR2 booted me out a couple of times a day or more. Just one of the enhancements. I have been using MR3 since about the begining of Feb. and have found it to be very stable. I get bootled less than once a week on average. It does still happen every now and then, but not as much as 3.5 MR2 or 3.7 MR2. HTH

I would go to the wilcox site and download MR3. It takes a while but it is well worth it. Assuming of course you have an up to date SMA.

Also tech support suggested renaming a couple of .dat files as they may be corrupt (after only 1 week of use????)
executestate.dat and gbarstate.dat
We'll try both and see what happens....
