Bolt Thread Question

Hello Everyone,
I have an M18X1.5 Tapped hole and my question is:
Does anyone know of a web site that has the specs on threads? The attached pic, shows the thread identifiers. I need the distance between D and d.

ANSI/ASME B18 or Federal Standard H28 should have this info.
It may be covered in The Machinists Handbook too.
