We have A MicroXcel PFX running 3.7MR1, WinXP Pro and everytime we exit PC-DMIS in operator mode the PC logs off and reboots. What can we do to fix this?
I am aware that after shutting operator mode down, the computer logs you off. I am not sure if this will help, but I don't get booted when our SPC software is running in the background

I too have not been logged off when exiting operator mode if I have another program open. I do believe it has at times caused the computer to lock up and then I not only have to log off but re-boot as well.
Ours does not log off if we have WinSPC software running. Never had any problems with it locking up the PC unless an error occured in the SPC software.
