Calibrating tips using a pk1 knuckle

Using PH10MQ facing -x- minus direction on horizontal machine, rotated
to 90, -90, the pk1 is facing down in the -z- plus. Probe keeps calibrating
on the shank of tip. In probe file, probe looks to be in the correct direction.
Is there something we are missing?

A quick glance didn't show me PK1 on the Renishaw site.

Being a knuckle as stated, I take it that it is a manually oriented knuckle. If this is the case, unless you use pre-defined positions, like a star probe, you may have to calibrate all angles manually.
