flip Part when using a Cad model

I am measuring a part from the top view part is set on 3 points on the bottom surface.
Cad to part is set from top view. I need to be able to flip the part over to measure the bottom surface. How do I get CAD to Part to match the new view ?
Flipped in the X axis. Z plus on Cad now equals Z minus, X plus on Cad now equals X minus, Y plus remains the same on the Cad Model.
