Analysis

1) Went and measured a circle with ten points.
2) Then I created a roundness feature from the circle.
3) The I opened the analysis view.
4) Ask it to create analysis view command.
5) Run my part thinking it will print my roundness callout and my view,
but it did not.

I know it worked before, but WTF.

Any suggestion welcome, I'm stumped!!!!!!!!

I haven't tried this since ver 3.5 but I'm sure it still works the same. You put your cursor at the end of the feature you want to analize. OPTIONS - ANALYSIS > inside analysis window you click on your feature then VIEW WINDOW > inside analysis window you click on OPTIONS - CREATE ANALYSIS VIEW COMMAND > you then go to ROUNDNESS and click on feature. In report mode you should see arrows showing out of roundness.

Another way to do it is to create a "set" with your 10 points and then profile that and do an graphical analysis of that. Then you could individually label the point deviation of each point.

Like this....this is on the OD, but you could do the same on an ID.

To show on Report > OPERATIONS - GRAPHIC DISPLAY WINDOW - SCREEN CAPTURE TO - REPORT. A "DISPLAY/METAFILE" will show up. Make sure to turn on your screen captures > EDIT- PREFERENCE - EDIT WINDOW LAYOUT - REPORT - SHOW SCREEN CAPTURES.
