  • Waiting on a call back

    I placed a call yesterday (6-14-06) before noon to B&S, I left a message stating I needed prices on a Unigraphics Direct Cad Translator Module. I received a call back this morning at about 10:00 a.m. from "Karen"(she was very polite). She could not help me and said that sales would be calling me back. It is now 2:46 p.m. and I am still waiting. Do you not think they would call back a little faster when I WANT TO SPEND SOME MONEY!!!!!
    Does anybody know approximately how much this module costs?
    With what is spent on SMA's every year by all of us don't you think we could at least get SERVICE?!

    $3500 is what I saw earlier this year....with an additional charge each year added to your SMA....of course

    I would try to negotiate a lower price if I were you

    We (company at the time) only paid $2500 for ours (UG DCI) but that was before they introduced the Direct Cad TRANSLATOR (DCT) which is now $2500

    It will (by the way) require a installed license on the pc or at the very least a network license with one seat not being used.
