Does anyone run Windows XP with PCDMIS? We are changing over from Windows 2000 here. Does anyone have problems or does it matter? Thanks and have a PCDMIS Day!!!!

MAN, watch out for all the files you need to run Pcdmis, comp files, table map, etc., etc., etc., if you are going on a new computer.

I'm running XP with PC-Dmis. I run into problems all the time but I don't think it has anything to do with the operating system.

        XP with PCDMIS

We have three stations and our Computer guru is going to change over the third to make sure we won't have problems. Like Mr. Hoedeman said as long as everything is moved it should be ok. Thanks for the input.

We run XP and don't really have any more problems than we did with the previous OS.

As has been previously suggested make sure that you don't lose any files.

No problems with XP here. The only problems are operator induced .

We use XP, got it when we changed over to PCDMIS. Other than I really miss UNIX (yes, I'm an old fogey) and am still trying to figure out some of this stuff, we've had no real issues.

We got 3 new pc's with XP. Re-installed PC-DMIS 3.5mr2 on all 3 myself. 2 work fine. 1 has given me problems with serialization errors. Probably something i did ,finally figured it out. No thanks to B&S tech support, what a waste.....Don't know what happed though.

                          I don't know what version of PC-DMIS you're running.

I re-installed 3.207 Beta on an XP box. B&S does not support my version on XP. My only issue was the HASP and printing. I had to change to USB printing to fix my problem.

We run XP with no problems (now). We did have A LOT of minor problems before installing Service Pak 2, though.
