Window Layout Toolbar

How do you manage the Window Layout Toolbar? See attached jpeg.

I saved a layout, but now I want to save it again and I can't overwrite it. Nor can I find the way to delete it while in the customize mode.

hold the shift key down and drag the old saved view to an unused area in any of the toolbars and it will magically disappear

its an unwritten method they forgot to tell us

To delete a saved tool bar hold left mouse button down while holding down the shift key and drag icon on to edit window to delete.

DOH! I was messing with the .dat files trying to remove them.
