Jog Box Print & Done

Our co-partner's jog box 'done' and 'print' buttons do not work, is there a setting somewhere that needs checked or activated?

Depends on what you are using as a controller / CMM. We have a sheffield retrofit using PCDMIS and those buttons don't work for us.

7107? i used to have one of those. I had that problem. If I kept turning it on and off it would eventually work. So I left it on all the time if I could. Just guessing I would say it was something in the controller. But have them try turning it on and off until it works

Go into the settings editor and see if there is a toggle for the controller signals.

I guess it needs some replacement .. Switch off the controller ; Remove its cover then check the cable connections again (remove and re-connect it back).

I have a similar machine and occasionally encounter this problem. My fix is to completely shut down and re-start and that usually brings the buttons back.
