  • A complete dim'n report of a loop

I built a loop to check I.D. of 10 bearings and I saved it but when I retreived the report shows only the last result (ID size of the 10th bearing only).

After the program executed the report windows displayed all 10, but as soon as I hit the "view report mode" all data are lost excepts for the last result (10th part).

Another word, I have only one chance to get a full report is immediately after the program executed. Is there a way to go around this, is it possible using VB to dump the report out side of a loop after each part?

loop creates an "array" and will only be visible at the time of execution...kinda sucky that way

use the "print" command and send it to a rtf or pdf file.
you have options to overwrite, append or new

Within the loop after each part or after the loop is completed?

I have not tried within the loop
I put the print command at the end of my programs usually

If you dimension the ID within the loop (ie. print the ID to the report) then you should have all 10 ID's on one report when the loop is done and then issue the print report command.

              Exactly!
The problem is if I save then it only saves the report of the last loop. I don't want to print out a report as yet, the data will be used for evaluation before and after test the process takes 2 months to complete.
