So I am use to BladeRunner and it has the option of having a badge ID and Serial number input. Any way I can do the same with Inspect without it using it as an input within the program?

With the new Inspect Automate option, you can create Trace Fields in Inspect, which are then passed into the routine as variables.
You would need to put your routine into a playlist, and from playlist, you can configure the trace parameters.
If any trace parameter is a user entered field, then the operator would need to enter it at the start of the measurement.
This may fulfill what you are looking for.
