How do i remove program from the start screen in Inspect?

1) From Folder Explorer (easiest way)
Go to c:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\Hexagon\Inspect and remove Recent and Favorites folders

2) From UI:
In version 4.1:
Start Screen shows only recent - faster way is to go in All Products, then Recent. Select all recent items from the 3 dots menu that appears mouse hover over the item and select delete

From Version 4.2 up to 5.0:
Start Screen has Recent and Favorites
Select from left menu Recent. Select all recent items and from the 3 dots menu select delete.
Select from left menu Favorites. Select All Favorites items and from the3 dots menu click on the "Toggle Favorite" menu.
