  • Inspect 3.2 Fault Recovery

    Hello everyone - my facility is trying to prove out the use of Inspect to simplify our CMM processes. During testing, I had a probe in the wrong port and the CMM faulted out. I corrected the location, but Inspect did not have an obvious way to clear the fault and continue with the routine. Am I missing something, or do you have to shutdown and restart Inspect for it to clear? The idea behind our use of inspect is to keep finger happy people out of our PC so having to restart would really defeat the purpose.

    That looks like an enhanced operator mode that you had to pay additional for. Well done for their sales team. Nothing ever really works as marketed. When in doubt reboot !
