I'm currently using 5.2 but the old version I had 5.0 worked great. Now when I get ready to send the data into a specific folder I can not locate anything on our server at all just local on computer. Is there something I can do to add it?

If you cannot see network shares it's most likely because Datapage is set to "Run as Administrator" and linked connections are not enabled in Windows. Below is the registry edit for enabling linked connections. Please have this added by an IT professional, if you're not familiar with registry editing, do not attempt this yourself.
Detail to configure the EnableLinkedConnections" registry entry- In Registry Editor, locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\System - Right-click Configuration, click New, and then click DWORD (32-bit) Value.
- Name the new registry entry as EnableLinkedConnections.
- Double-click the EnableLinkedConnections registry entry.
- In the Edit DWORD Value dialog box, type 1 in the Value data field, and then click OK.
- Exit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.
