Default Check Fixture Stab Pin Calculation?

I need one of our gurus out here to post their way of calculating the size of a stab pin on an attribute fixture. Using a .5mm hole with a tp of .1mm back to A, B, C with Max Mtrl cond and + .2mm - 0.0 size tol.

    Thanks in Advance,

Min hole size minus tp tol (0.5 - 0.1 = 0.4) , mmc would be on your location pins (b and c). The way we do it , our location pins would be adjustable for both ways (mmc and no bonus spring loaded step pins ).

Nominal Hole Diameter - tolerence - TP.

    For a 5mm hole +/- .25 with a TP of 2, your stab pin would be 5-.25= 4.75mm then 4.75mm-2mm = 2.75mm stab pin size.

For your pin it will be .5 - .1 and no lower size tolerence so your pin should be .4mm. Good luck making that one.

Stab pin for a MMC hole is equal to the MINIMUM diameter of the hole minus the TP.
