pc-dmis start-up hangs fix

probelm:
starting pc-dmis it hangs for 30seconds to 1minute+, intro animation opens then turns black and hangs on start-up.


fix:
run 'haspdinst' executable you can find it in the sowftware version download folder or on the CD.

dash R to remove
dash I to instal new

I have disabled the animation altogether by renaming the .wmv in the PC-DMIS install folder.

i dont think that fixes the issue with the HASP causing a 1-2 minute hang at start-up, just gets rid of the animation.
