PC-DMIS Program Conversion Help
I was told PC-DMIS has capability of converting WTUTOR(.TEC) program files over to PC-DMIS programs. Since they were both created by Brown and Sharpe I thought it would be easy. I have version 2010 MR2 software on my new machine and Tutor version 3.3.2 on my old machine. Does anyone have any hints or tricks converting these programs. Thanks.
Never heard of such a thing. They probably meant you have to output a DMIS file from one to import into the other. Maybe it's an added cost item?

as mentioned, there is some info available in the help files of newer releases of PC*DMIS. Also on the Wilcox FTP site:

Back in the day, we (and a few of our vendors) tried to convert our Tutor programs, and it was a PITA to say the least. I think the best that was done was around 80% translation, the rest had to be re-written. The worst part was that the code segments that did not translate were not all in one section, but scattered willy-nilly throughout.
We ended up re-writing all of them in PC*DMIS as the need arose.
